Last year’s International Day of Yoga was a massive hit! With over 250 participants, the event was a raging success in promoting the practice and its many benefits. From young to old, everyone was seen enjoying the day to the fullest. The yoga mats were laid out, and the participants were seen performing various asanas with utmost grace and ease.
The event was not just about practising yoga, but it also included various other activities such as meditation and pranayama sessions. The participants indulged in healthy discussions on the benefits of yoga, and it was heartwarming to see how yoga has positively impacted their lives.
